Failure to pay any balance in full may result in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>not being able to register for classes,<\/li>\n<li>not receiving grades or transcripts,<\/li>\n<li>your account being turned over to a collection agency where your credit may be adversely affected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any account over ninety (90) days past due may be turned over to the N.C. Set-Off Debt Unit, to collect from your N.C. State Tax Refund until your account is paid in full.
