Basic Life Support

The AHA鈥檚 BLS courses reinforce healthcare professionals’ understanding of the importance of early CPR and defibrillation, performing basic steps of CPR, relieving choking, using an AED, and the role of each link in the Chain of Survival. We also offer this course through eLearning:

BLS for Healthcare Providers Online Part 1

Busy healthcare professionals who need a flexible training option can choose this course for first-time or renewal certification. Students first complete online lessons and then meet with an AHA instructor for skills practice and testing.

Heartsaver

The AHA鈥檚 Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, and AED courses for workplace training are offered online, in classroom settings, and in English or Spanish. Our First Aid courses are designed to meet OSHA requirements. We also offer you Heartsaver eLearning Courses including:

This is an online course that is self-directed and can be completed at work or home, followed by a hands-on skills practice and testing session.
