{"id":15520,"date":"2014-07-24T10:16:47","date_gmt":"2014-07-24T14:16:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gaston.edu\/records-registration\/?page_id=15520"},"modified":"2026-05-11T14:39:43","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T18:39:43","slug":"graduation-central","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.gaston.edu\/records-registration\/graduation-central\/","title":{"rendered":"Graduation Central"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Have Friends and Family Who Can\u2019t Attend?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Please visit gaston.edu&nbsp;on May 14th \u2013 we will be live-streaming the commencement ceremony!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>No bags will be allowed inside FUSE Stadium.&nbsp; Please make sure your guests know they must leave their bags in the car.&nbsp; If they get to the gates with a bag, they will be directed to return to their car and leave the bag.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Please make sure you and your guests park in a legal parking space\/area.&nbsp; There is a large parking lot directly behind the stadium, there is a church directly across the street, Loray Mills is just a short distance past the ballpark and the YMCA is close to the stadium.&nbsp; These should be the preferred parking locations.&nbsp; We have been advised by FUSE staff that you should NOT park in the Sav-A-Lot parking lot next door to the stadium.&nbsp; If you park there, your car will be towed and you will be responsible for the towing bill.&nbsp; There will be FUSE staff members monitoring these parking lots to make sure there are spaces available and they will be closed once they fill up.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>All graduates must enter through the gate located near the flag poles.&nbsp; If you go to one of the front gates, you will be directed to the graduate entrance gate.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>If you have not picked up your tickets and your cap and gown, these will be available at the stadium tomorrow morning.&nbsp; Graduates, your cap and gown will be located inside the graduate entrance.&nbsp; There will be a table located outside the main entrance on S. Hill St. where your guests may pick up your tickets.&nbsp; All guests over the age of 2 must have a ticket.&nbsp; Please help us to make the entrance as smooth as possible by making sure all of your guests (up to the maximum of 3) have their tickets when they approach the gates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Have Friends and Family Who Can\u2019t Attend?
